Seriously, I rather be normal and feel great than be very skinny and miserable!

Cyclic keto ROCKS and I absolutely can see myself doing it for the rest of my life.
Oh noo... but it's not natural for your body to be in ketosis! Maybe for about 2 weeks if you wanna lose weight. Too much protein really burdens your kidney... that's why we are encouraged to eat 8-10 servings of grains and wheat (carbs) everyday, they're our main source of energy like fuel to our body.
